Deposits &
cancellations.
The deposit depends on the appointment type and is shown clearly during booking. It secures your time with Dr. Vézina — and ensures fairness to patients on our waiting list.
Your consultation fee is applied toward the cost of your procedure if you choose to proceed.
Cancellations made more than [48 hours] ahead are fully refundable; within [48 hours], or no-shows, forfeit the deposit. One free reschedule with advance notice.
Refunds are processed within [5 business days] to the original payment method.
