Revio welcomes patients from across Canada, the United States, and internationally. When travelling to one of our clinics for a consultation isn't practical, a virtual consultation is the same conversation with Dr. Vézina — held over secure video, from wherever you are.
The consultation itself is enough to plan a procedure. No mandatory in-person visit is required beforehand.

From booking to meeting Dr. Vézina — within days.
Once your booking is confirmed, we email you a secure video-meeting link along with a short pre-consultation form.
Ahead of your appointment, reply to your confirmation email with three items so Dr. Vézina can review your case in advance: a top-down photo of your scalp, a front-facing photo of your hairline, and a brief summary of your medical history and current medications.
At your scheduled time, join the video call from a computer, tablet, or phone. Dr. Vézina reviews your case with you, discusses your options, and — if a procedure is appropriate — outlines the plan and provides a written estimate.
What we need
from you.
To make the most of the 45 minutes, please send us the following at least 48 hours before your appointment:
- ✓A top-down photo of your scalp — phone camera pointing straight down, showing the crown and back of your head in good natural light.
- ✓A front-facing photo of your hairline — looking straight into the camera, hair pulled back, showing the full hairline.
- ✓A brief medical history — any current medications, past treatments for hair loss (medications, PRP, transplants), and any relevant medical conditions.

A single trip
for your procedure.
If you and Dr. Vézina agree that a procedure is right for you, the virtual consultation is sufficient to plan surgery. No mandatory in-person visit is required beforehand.
You travel to Montréal or Toronto on the day of your procedure — arriving in the morning, returning home the same evening with written post-operative care in hand. Our patient coordinator can help you plan travel, and recommend hotels within walking distance if useful. Out-of-town patients are scheduled with generous buffer time in case of travel delays.
