Dr. Vézina personally performs every surgical incision in your procedure — from the donor harvesting to the recipient sites. She does not, however, work alone. The supporting work is performed by an experienced lead technician under her direct oversight, and the team around them shapes every other touchpoint of your journey — from your first inquiry to your final follow-up.
The role of the team

At Revio, Dr. Vézina performs every surgical incision herself — the donor harvesting punches, the recipient sites, and the hairline design. The team's role is to perform the lawfully-delegated supporting work under her direct oversight, and to ensure every other touchpoint of your journey is handled with the same standard.
The team is structured around the patient journey rather than around departments. The same coordinator who answers your first message often welcomes you on the day of your procedure. The same technician who prepares your grafts is the one who walks you through aftercare. Continuity is the standard.
The roles you
will encounter.
- Patient Coordinator.
Your first contact and your point of continuity. The person who answers your questions, schedules your appointments, and ensures the practical details of your visit are handled before you arrive.
- Hair Transplant Technicians.
Experienced team members who prepare grafts under microscope, support Dr. Vézina during the procedure, and assist with patient comfort throughout the day. The surgical incisions themselves are made by Dr. Vézina alone.
- Aftercare Specialist.
The person who oversees your recovery instructions, prepares your aftercare kit, and is reachable for the first ten days after your procedure.
Every member of the team is trained to Revio's standards — including the standards we have not written down. The quiet attention. The discretion. The willingness to be unhurried when the moment requires it.
A note on
training.
At many clinics, "continuous training" is a marketing phrase. At Revio, it is a scheduled, documented commitment — quarterly internal training in surgical preparation, patient communication, and the latest evidence in hair restoration.

Lead Hair Transplant Technician
Maryam
Maryam is a highly skilled and passionate hair transplant technician with international experience across three continents in hair restoration since 2006. She joins Revio as Lead Hair Transplant Technician.
Throughout her career, she has participated in more than 4,000 procedures, specializing in hair, eyebrow, and beard transplantation. Proficient in advanced techniques such as Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT), and robotic methods, Maryam combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to patient care.
At Revio, she is specialized in customized care plans tailored to each patient's specific recovery and long-term goals. Working under Dr. Vézina's direct oversight, she leads the non-incisional supporting work of every procedure: extracting follicles from the sites Dr. Vézina has scored, sorting and quality-checking grafts under microscope, and implanting each graft into the recipient site the physician has created.
She is dedicated to bringing her extensive knowledge and skills to support patients on their journey toward restored confidence and natural results.
