A journey,
not a transaction.

Hair restoration is a medical decision — and for most patients, a deeply personal one. The Revio experience honours both, with the clinical discipline of medicine and the unhurried attention of a private practice.

Four stages — one unhurried journey
The Revio experience — calm, private, unhurried The Revio experience

The first step
is not a procedure.

Before any decision, before any plan, before any incision — there is a conversation.

At Revio, that conversation is the foundation of everything that follows. If we cannot answer your questions, understand your goals, and tell you the honest truth about what we can — and cannot — do for you, we have no business operating on you.

A consultation is the start. It is not a sales appointment.

01
An unhurried conversation.
01

An unhurried conversation.

Your first consultation takes place in a private room — never a shared space, never within earshot of another patient. Dr. Vézina sits with you for as long as the conversation requires. There is no quota. There is no timer.

  • Listen.

What is bothering you, when you first noticed it, and how you experience your appearance today.

  • Examine.

Dr. Vézina assesses your scalp or brows under magnification, evaluates your donor capacity, and reviews your medical history.

  • Educate.

What is causing your hair loss, what your options are — surgical and non-surgical — and what we believe is the right path. Sometimes, that surgery is not yet the right answer.

  • Decide nothing on the spot.

You leave with information, a written summary, and the time and space to think.

02

A plan drawn on you.

Once you decide to move forward, Dr. Vézina builds your plan personally. No "standard hairline" pulled from a binder — your bone structure, age, hair characteristics and goals are the inputs. The output is a plan that belongs to your face.

  • The graft count

and the exact pattern of placement.

  • Your new hairline or brow design

    — reviewed with you, finalized only with your agreement.

  • An honest projection

of what your result will look like at 6, 9, and 12 months.

  • Clear cost and timing

    — including financing options. We never push for a faster decision than you are ready to make.

03

One patient. One physician. One day.

On the day of your procedure, you are the only surgical patient at Revio. No waiting room of patients in different stages of the same surgery. No rotating staff. No parallel operating room. The clinic, for the day, is yours.

  • Welcome.

Arrival, gowning, photographs, and the final review of your design with Dr. Vézina.

  • The procedure.

Dr. Vézina performs every incision; grafts are prepared under microscope, one by one, by our lead technician under her oversight.

  • An unhurried day.

Breaks, meals, music if you like — the schedule bends to the work, never the reverse.

04

Follow-up that doesn't end at the door.

Recovery is part of the procedure — and your physician stays your physician. Every follow-up is included, and Dr. Vézina remains reachable, in your city, for as long as you need her.

  • Day after.

A personal call from Dr. Vézina, plus your personalized recovery kit and instructions.

  • Week 1 · Month 1.

Healing checks — grafts anchored, donor area recovering.

  • Month 6 · Month 12.

Growth reviews with photography, concluding with your final-result review at one year.

What's included in your
boutique experience.

At Revio, "boutique" is not a marketing word. It is a list of specific things we do. Some are routine. Many are not.

  • A single surgical patient per day.

A note
on privacy.

For many of our patients, the decision to seek hair restoration is a private one. We respect that without exception.

Your inquiry, your consultation, your procedure, and your follow-up are all handled with the standard of confidentiality you would expect from a senior medical practice.

Your photographs are never used without written, specific permission. Your visit to Revio is not announced. Your story is yours to tell — or not.

The journey begins
with a conversation.

Unhurried, confidential, and free of pressure.
